1. A clean bill of health

Nghĩa: Giấy chứng nhận sức khỏe tốt, hoặc sự xác nhận rằng ai đó hoàn toàn khỏe mạnh.

Example: "After a series of tests, the doctor finally gave him a clean bill of health."

2. As fit as a fiddle

Nghĩa: Khỏe mạnh, sung sức (thường dùng cho người lớn tuổi vẫn còn khỏe).

Example: "My grandfather is 80, but he’s as fit as a fiddle because he jogs every morning."

3. Under the weather

Nghĩa: Cảm thấy hơi mệt, không khỏe (nhẹ).

Example: "I’m feeling a bit under the weather today, so I might skip the gym."

4. To be prone to (illness)

Nghĩa: Dễ mắc phải bệnh gì đó.

Example: "Children are prone to respiratory infections in the winter."

5. Sedentary lifestyle

Nghĩa: Lối sống thụ động, ít vận động (Ngồi nhiều).

Example: "A sedentary lifestyle is a major contributor to obesity and heart disease."
